Incentivizing and Encouraging the Busy AGS Community to Participate and Engage in Important AGSAA Surveys with Gift Card Raffles

The AGSAA relies on feedback from and communication with the AGS affected community to better focus its efforts. We recognize that AGS affected individuals and families have busy schedules and extra responsibilities that make survey completion difficult. We intend to raffle an Amazon gift card (or similar) with each survey for those that have reasonably completed the survey and qualify for this program.

Program Time Frame

6 months, beginning with the date of the last board member’s signature. The program will be reviewed by the AGSAA Steering Committee to be renewed, terminated, or modified at its terminal date.

Program Budget

The program will have a total 6 month allocation of $600, to be distributed as needed with a limit of $100 per 30 day period.

Qualifications

To qualify for gift cards, the recipient of a survey’s raffle must meet all criteria:

Distribution Process

No sooner than 14 days after a survey has been sent to the contact list, those managing the survey will compile a list of contacts that have completed the survey. A submitter will be selected with the use of a computerized, random number generator until the selected contact meets the qualifications.

Distribution Schedule

All distributions must be reviewed and approved by the Steering Committee. Gift cards will be delivered by email address or physically via mailing address at the discretion of the recipient.
